entertainment and art law, contracts, and licensing.

My clients include creative individuals and businesses active in the performing arts,
music and film industries, visual arts, publishing, and graphic design. 

I am a member in good standing of the New York and Kentucky Bar Associations
with a Federal practice serving all 50 states and U.S. territories. 

As a composer of new classical music, my work has been performed internationally
